Activity knows no boundaries here
What do you get when you combine incredible natural beauty, endless roads and a safe environment? An urge to get active, of course!
Prince Albert presents an activity for every level of enthusiasm.
If a gentle stroll on a farm or a friendly set of tennis is your thing, you are in the right place. If you are an adrenaline junky, be our guest – shoot down the Swartberg Pass on your mountain bike or hike into Gamkaskloof.
There are lots of options between the extremes, so get your running shoes, bicycle or hat and explore the endless Karoo.

Wolvekraal Guest Farm bicycle trails lie on a beautiful Karoo Farm just 8 km from Prince Albert.
There are three possibilities –
an easy short ride,
a longer more technical ride
a circular route starting at Wolvekraal Guest Farm, reaching O for Olive Restaurant on a neighboring farm (for refreshments or an olive tasting) and returning again to Wolvekraal Guest Farm.
All three routes offer individuals, groups and families a lovely way to spend a few hours in the Karoo veld, with spectacular views back to the Swartberg range.
We do not rent out bicycles, but Dennehof Tours and Prince Albert Cycles do and they can even transport the bicycles for you upon arrangement.
