Saxe-Coburg Lodge

Saxe-Coburg is an historic Victorian Karoo guesthouse dating back to circa 1865. This old world guesthouse is centrally situated and is within walking distance of all Prince Albert’s little gems. We offer a variety of accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis. Five luxurious and tranquil garden rooms promise a peaceful night’s sleep cocooned in a one acre, park-like garden.

Each room has its own private entrance and patio. Feel the vibe of Prince Albert in our spacious street facing room found in the main house. It has its own separate entrance and patio where you can enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the locals go by.

All our rooms have air-conditioning (cooling and heating), overhead fans, electric blankets for those chilly evenings, tea/coffee trays with fresh milk, safes, hairdryers, flat screen televisions and bar fridges.

There is a swimming pool and we offer free Wi-Fi and off-street parking. We speak English, Afrikaans, French and German.
