By making use of this platform you give PATA the right to collect and process the personal information you have provided. The information will be collected for purposes of giving effect to your instructions, be those reservations or general enquiries, and PATA will only provide your information to its members for purposes of giving effect to such instructions.

Your information will never be sold to third parties and will not leave South Africa. As soon as your information is no longer required it will be destroyed and PATA will retain no record thereof.

You have the right to access your information and to change or update it. You have the right to withhold information but that may result in PATA not being able to assist you with your request.
