Nieuwewerf has three self-catering guesthouses to suit your accommodation needs.

Nieuwehuyz (Sleeps 4 people): A Luxury Karoostyle Self-catering Guesthouse specifically designed and built to accommodate persons in need of a luxury retreat and wanting to unwind in a secure and very private setting. Nieuwehuyz is located within an easy walking distance from Prince Albert’s ‘main strip’ with excellent restaurants and other amenities.
Our facilities are universally accessible for persons with disabilities. Nieuwehuyz has two suites, namely; Koninklijke and Hertog Suites.
Other rooms that make up Nieuwehuyz include a dressing room, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and enclosed private courtyard. Exclusive Wi-Fi, Netflix, a collection of books and DVDs are available to keep guests entertained. Mørso wood burning fire place is centrally located in the lounge.

Nieuwerust (Sleeps 4 to 6 people): A Luxury Karoo style Self-catering Guesthouse specifically designed and built to accommodate a large party of between 4 to 6 guests in need of a luxury retreat and wanting to unwind in a secure and very private setting.
Nieuwerust is located within easy walking distance from Prince Albert’s ‘main strip’ with excellent restaurants and other amenities. Our facilities are universally accessible for persons with disabilities. Nieuwerust has three luxury suites, namely; Orchidee, Zwaan and Jongen Suites.
Nieuwerust also has a lounge with a Mørso wood burning fire place, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and enclosed private courtyard with swimming pool for the warm Prince Albert days. Exclusive Wi-Fi and Netflix are available to keep guests entertained.

Nieuweschuur (Sleeps 2 people): A Karoo style barn with a luxury loft apartment specifically designed and built to accommodate two guests comfortably and in need of an exclusive retreat with views of the majestic Swartberg Mountains.
This luxury self-catering cottage with one loft apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious, modern, have luxurious fittings and fixing including heated towel rails, hand showers, and grab rails.
The suite has a king bed and bathroom en-suite (shower only)
Nieuweschuur has a living area, fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, and a courtyard with swimming pool for the warm Prince Albert days.
Exclusive Wi-Fi, Netflix and a collection of books, LPs and VHS videos are available to keep guests entertained.
The loft is fully air conditioned with paddle roof fans.
